Death Notice

Peacefully, at Vision Nursing Home, on Thursday, February 2, 2017, Margaret Prudom passed away at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Charles Prudom (1989). Loving mother of Joanne (Garry) Willock. Cherished grandmother of Stephen (Joan) and Joel (Jessica). Great-grandmother of Hailey, Rylee, Ryker, and Sienna. Survived by brothers-in-law Eldon Kinart and William Mills, sister-in-law June Walker, special niece Patrice Kinart who never left mom’s side, and nephew Dwayne Kinart. Margaret will be missed by her special friend Carol Dickinson. Predeceased by brothers Tom and George, sisters Ivy, Gwen and Beth, brothers-in-law Floyd and Martin, and sisters-in-law Margaret, Evelyn, Myrtle, and Leonna. Margaret was an avid bowler, enjoyed playing Bingo, and loved to spend time playing cards at the Strangway Centre with her many dear friends. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017, at Lakeview Cemetery, 1016 Colborne Rd., Sarnia. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
