On Wednesday, April 19, 2017, surrounded by good friends and the love of his life, Nick passed away suddenly. Survived by his wife Bonnie, their sons Scott (Melissa), Jay (Tammy) and four dearly loved grandsons Joel, Kurt, Mason and Logan. He will be missed by his brother Jim (Margie) who was not just a brother but his best friend. Also remembered by his brother-in-law Mark (Kate) Iggulden, nephews Jonathan and Shawn and niece Laura. Nick loved sports, the Chicago Bears, Boston Bruins, a good deal, Joe Cocker, late night dancing in the kitchen with his girl Bonnie, but above all he loved his family. While we are broken hearted, we feel blessed to have been loved and cherished by this great man. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, April 21, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday, April 22, 2017, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. with a celebration of life to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 62, 286 Front St. N., Sarnia.
