My sincere condolences to Dr. Gray's family. Alex was a great surgeon who served the community well. I have fond memories of assisting Alex at Sarnia General and St. Joseph's Hospitals and later having the pleasure of being his golfing partner. He will be greatly missed.

Deepest sympathy in the loss of a great physician/surgeon and true gentleman, who took time to acknowledge, have a brief chat and treat everyone with respect, whether he was at work or out socializing.

Our Condolences to the Wakely family.
Your dad and grandpa performed several surgeries for my McIntyre family. He kept my father from falling by asking my dad to sit down before he fainted in ER while performing a surgical procedure on me as a little girl. That was many years ago.
May sweet memories bring joy to your heart
and a smile to your face for many years.
Blessings, Ross, Dorothy, Julie and Jeff Kerby

Jo-Ann and Kathy, I always enjoyed meeting up with your dad either socially or within the old Sarnia General Hospital. There was always a feeling of confidence when he appeared. He was definitely one of the "good guys". I am sorry not to be with you during this sad time.

My first recollection of uncle Alex was when he was completing his medical training and was staying in part of my Grandmother Cruickshank' house in Corunna. I remember visiting the family when they were living in Trenton. And later on. I have many fond memories of visiting on Lakeshore Road. Uncle Alex lived a full life and had a huge positive influence on so many people's lives.
Our thoughts are with his family.

Alex the Surgeon, Friend, Leader but above all strong patient advocate who was never shy to take on bean counters. That is what I learned from him. Our deep personal conversation about Goldie at my office will remain part of my fond memories of him.
From Beth and I please accept our condolences Kathy, Peter and rest of Family.
Condolences will be posted once approved by our staff.
