Tremendous neighbours on Cromwell Street in Sarnia. We spent many a lovely evening leaning over the fence chatting. Also solved a lot of the world's problems over that little 3 ft vinyl fence!
Saw the occasional NHL Rookie skating on the homemade rink in the backyard too. But I didn't get any signatures!
Great memories to cherish forever.

Karen, Keith, Cheryl and families,
I send thoughts of sympathy and support to you and your families as you begin your journey without “George”. While there is no way I can feel your pain, I do feel your loss as I have known “George” during the times he volunteered at the school to build box kites with my grade five students. Peace and love to you and your families during this sorrowful time.

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of your dear father but it is wonderful to know he is with his dear wife Dorothy now, and also with his beloved jesus who have both welcomed him into heaven with open arms. May you always rest in peace my dear friend George. God bless you all.

Karen Keith and Cheryl, sorry about your loss. I spent many hours at George and Dorothy's welcoming home as a teenager while chumming with his son Keith. George tolerated our often hair-brained ideas with a good natured smile (and fervent prayer!)

Please receive our sympathy at this time at the passing of your father and also the rejoicing in our hearts of God’s provision today which is beyond our grandest imagination of heaven. Heaven, all together once again, God’s provision through His Son.
