Met Stan as part of the motorcycling and golfing community when I came to Sarnia in 1978. He knew how to be a friend and was straightforward, practical, and logical. No room for games.

With golf his putting was great. I often bet Stan a few bucks he couldn't make the putt. He took my money more than I took his. He'd kiss the bills and stuff his pockets with delight.

Friends don't come much better. Thanks Stan.

Just shocked when i heard the news over radio obituary announcement. I still cannot believe it. I used to talk to him quite often and go out for coffees. Lately when he got confined in his house and lost his driving license, that really put him really down.
May his soul rest in peace.

    Pran ( SHEN )
