Peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at Bluewater Health, Frances Louise Stewart passed away at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Robert Stewart (1996). Loving mother of Wayne Stewart, Dale (Jackie) Stewart, Gary (Judy) Stewart, and Rick (Deborah) Stewart. Cherished grandmother of Cheryl, Andrea, Kerri, Cindy, Joline, Sherry, Terri, Jamie, David, Jason, and Krystal and great-grandmother of 17. Dear sister of Ralph McLellan. Predeceased by sisters Doris and Mauretta. Frances was a longtime member at St. Paul’s United Church. She enjoyed quilting, working in her flower garden, and bird watching. Cremation has taken place. An open house will be held at the SMITH FAMILY CENTRE (in front of Smith Funeral Home) 1576 London Line, Sarnia on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
